Responsibilities:
1. Machine installation and debugging, training operators and customer maintenance technicians, strictly implement after-sales service rules and regulations
2. Maintain and repair the machine during the warranty period
3. Pay for the maintenance of the machines beyond the warranty period
4. Timely and accurately feedback product quality problems and market information back to the company
5. Answer customer's technical questions
6. Provide technical upgrading service for customers
7. Visit customers regularly to understand the use of the machine, customer demand information and market information
Job requirements:
1. After sales service experience in medical device industry or related major is preferred
2. Have certain knowledge or great interest in medical device industry
3. Strong communication and coordination ability, strong adaptability
Overtime pay, weekend, 8:30-12:00 am, 13:00-17:30 PM
